Project Characteristics

Located in VESSY, this residence benefits from the proximity of the city while being quiet. These gardens, shaded by hundred-year-old trees, make it an exceptional living environment.

A quiet residence on the outskirts of Carouge

One of the challenges of the project was to connect to the municipal networks. The pipes depicted on the cadastre of underground networks did not reflect reality...&nbsp;
We therefore had to make a connection at a depth of 5m, on a busy cantonal road and a bus stop next to the plot.

Located in Plan-les-ouates, close to Nature, this residence of 5 villas with a contemporary look is labeled HPE. The challenge of this residence was its cramped nature with a right-of-way in the middle of the construction site, the only traffic lane for neighbors.

Located at the entrance to Lausanne, this administrative building from the 90s has been completely transformed in terms of its fa&ccedil;ade. After the removal of the existing double skin, an insulated stainless steel fa&ccedil;ade with an avant-garde design made the project MINERGIE.

Located on the outskirts of the medieval city of the municipality of Estavayer-le-Lac (FR), the La Prillaz project is the realization of a district plan divided into 8 Sectors. The construction of the C3 sector started in February 2021 and the delivery of the 1st buildings took place in May 2023.

A large-scale project

Sector C3 of the Prillaz district is the nerve centre of the district. As such, it is equipped with activity premises that enliven the life of the district. The area includes a dentist, a physiotherapy centre, a nursery, a restaurant and a self-service grocery store.

On the banks of the Drance and in the middle of the fields, this sustainable wood-concrete structure district offers a ydillic setting at the entrance to Martigny.&nbsp;
The buildings rest on a semi-underground car park, allowing tenants to enjoy the outdoor facilities without vehicles.

A sustainable neighbourhood at the foot of the mountains

In terms of construction, the external load-bearing walls are sandwich walls in wood and fermacell, with a ventilated fa&ccedil;ade in pre-aged wooden slats. In the central cores, the walls are made of concrete in order to work with seismic. The slabs are composed of prefabricated BLC (Glued Laminated Wood) slabs and a concrete compression slab.
